AT ALL COST DO NO PAY RESERVATION FEE OR DEPOSIT TO COMPANY! I can?t even begin to start with how disgusting this company is..I paid a holding reservation fee after reading the terms and conditions which state it is refundable within 5-10days and they deem themselves a reputable company.On 24/02 I paid £250 to reserve and visit a car which was not local to me. On the 25th I viewed the car and decided I wasn?t happy with finance agreement as it did not cover the full car price and requiring deposit and interest was extremely high (no admin completed by company as I had conducted my own finance agreement).As the showroom was not opened on Sunday I called them first thing on Mon 27/02 to which I was told my reservation fee would be refunded.It?s has been several weeks and everytime I ring I am told it will be paid and made to feel like I am not in the right to be chasing my money.I have been given excuses such as they have a card machine error therefore normal refund process does not work. As a result I have had to provide my bank details via email so bank transfer can happen. However, a week later and I?m told the director has to authorise it and he hasn?t been able to due to health problems.A week later, I ring them again today after being told it will be sorted and I?m advised the director is in showroom today and my refund will be sent today.But here we are again no money has been refunded and it has been over 3 weeks.I am sick to death with chasing this company for MY MONEY! They have no right to it and if I don?t receive it, out of principle I will look to process a claim through court which will add fees and interest for everyday I am without money or request chargeback from my bank which I?m hoping will have negative effect on the business.
