Problem with Samsung phone in that I couldn't turn the sound on. The woman dismissed this and said there was nothing to be done as the phone had failed. Problem easily sorted at Tesco mobile in Crewe.

It's always closed. Have the opening hours on the door but never is on time. I like the shop but looks like they don't care about customers. The opening hours are limited due to the virus (fully understand). But they must understand also the customers have to do effort to be there is well. Must respect timing hours.
