Timpson shop in Whitchurch is always so helpful.. I had a very expensive watch and needed a new battery .... and kenny was so careful changing it...He has done so many keys and dog tags for me too...and not scared to tell me that no matter what my boots are fit for the bin and not repair.(he was right i just didnt want to part with them). he has also repaired plenty for me..he is brilliant..

Turned up to collect my shoes at 4.50pm knowing the store would be open until 5.00pm but I had a wasted journey, they were closed and so I will have to go again to collect my shoes, I guess I should have called first to make sure, my mistake.
