Milk was so hot it burned my mouth. Barista coffee house never be that hot. Service was fine but coffee was awful!

Never waited so long at a drive thru anywhere, even just to order.
Staff casually having full on conversations out the hatch with people rather than serving people.
Not even a sorry for your wait.

Very busy place and parking can be a bit limited, especially if you?re disabled. Sally and for the first time my food was at best warm. Normally it?s great from here but not this time.

Not for the first time we were made to feel an inconvenience, toilets closed off as they had been cleaned at 715pm , we ordered and were told they were closing in 20mins ....I said I thought they closed at 8pm ? . I get staff want to go home but customer service is still valid whatever the time.
