I've have multiple cars and have always used I & D motors for any work required, i tend to buy bangers, so the frequent use is no reflection on the garage. Excellent service and no unexpected bills as communication is superb throughout.

Lost a potential customer. Put me on hold (?) on the phone for ages in silence, was quite short with me. When I called back they didn?t bother to pick up. Not a 5* experience. Went elsewhere.

Came in a frantic rush to get tyres. Wasn't really sure what I needed. They were really helpful and I actually had 2 new tyres fitted within the hour for a very reasonable price. Previously had services done here too. Very good service.

A truly genuinely friendly and professional experience.As a reasonably newcomer to the area, I had reason to use this place for the first time to repair a puncture. It was done proficiently , professionally with the minimum amount of fuss or trouble while I waited. Seat protective covering while Ian drove it onto the ramp. Wheel removed, puncture repaired, wheel re balanced, replaced and put back on the car. All tyres checked for correct pressure, tyres reset on the inboard computer and all done with a friendly smile. £12.50 plus vat. Absolute bargain and no messing. I can highly recommend this place and if necessary, will not hesitate to use them again.Jules D'Silva
