We went to Costa on Sunday 6th October 2024.
There were 2 ladies behind the counters, Emiua and Mia
These two ladies were run off their feet, it was shocking. The queue was out of the door.
We asked the ladies if they were OK, and one of the ladies burst into tears.
Management should be doing something about their staffing numbers.

A fantastic local ?national? coffee shop. Josh and his team make this a great place to enjoy a great coffee. Wonderful atmosphere, friendly warm welcome into a neat, clean and tidy coffee shop.

Very slow considering few people in. Also very slap dash constructing coffee which was probably the worse coffee I have ever had in costa. Been here before and always been fine.

27/05/24 14.45. Doors open, no customers , staff busy chatting in the back. Young girl comes out. Told her the doors were open but she refused to serve me as they closed at 15.00. Bad attitude and service. Will never use again !!!!

Excellent coffee - sad that the premises have been allowed to become so tired and grubby.Wheelchair accessibility: Unnecessarily difficult to get into this place with a wheelchair or walker as there is a step up from the pavement. Plenty of room to put a slope in place
