I?ve used loads of garages over the years, these guys are easily the best. Friendly, knowledgeable and honest as the day is long. Wouldn?t take my cars anywhere else now. Heartily recommended!

recently had a clutch fitted by Russel, all good for the first two weeks then the clutch began slipping when in 5th gear on the motorway. returned the car to them they had it for three days and I didn't hear from them so phoned up to be told there was nothing wrong with it and it must be driver error!, Then I went to the garage at 3pm and said I would take the car for a run to warm it up and show him the fault on my return. I asked Russel how long until he was leaving he said 30to 40 minutes. I returned after 28 minutes as I needed to get the car hot to show the fault. on my return he had shut up and left. I was most disappointed that I was unable to show the fault and he had not waited for me. I left a note short, sharp but polite note saying I was disappointed he hadn't waited and I felt it was poor service. the next morning Russel called me at 8 am he was very angry about the note and told me to come and remove my vehicle from the garage immediately. I then had to hire a car for the week and find someone else to look at the car, a nice chap in my village fixed it for me it turned out it was just that there was no free play on the master cylinder so a small adjustment fixed the problem in a few minutes! such a shame that Russel had to dig his heels in and insist there was no fault on his part instead of remaining open minded and looking at the vehicle properly! I have used this garage for the past 5 years for both our cars, I shall not be going back there ever again.

This WAS a good garage but sadly not anymore! After doing work on our car and further problems with the initial problem, the garage turned their backs on us. We have been left with a broken car and are now really stuck! We were told our car would be looked again but on confirming this, the garage is now too busy. This has happened twice. Absolutely shocking service after using them successfully for a few years, this place has gone downhill. Customer service and management issues, now a lack of staff, far too long waiting times and non commitment to agreed bookings. We are left with additional problems from their lack of attention to the original issue, we have paid a fair amount of money to them with no follow up to the fact that problems still arise and they have denied this. Very poor service indeed.

Had a water pump failure on the road to Shrewsbury, left my GTD here. 2 days later, it was fixed (not bad as it was a breakdown and not booked in) Very good job, cam belt also done, thanks to Russell.Steve, Welshpool.

I rang yesterday pm to see if they could do a forced regeneration my car after the DPF light came on and power was lost. Even though they were busy, they squeezed me in this morning! One hour later all sorted and a very reasonable price. I can highly recommend this garage. Friendly and courteous staff and no ripping off saying other things needed doing when they didn't - which incidentally another garage had told me they would need to change the oil and filter after the regeneration. You won?t go wrong using these guys.

Amazing service - the lights on our trailer weren?t working so we popped in late in the day on the off chance they could help. Diagnosed the issue quickly there and then and said they could repair it the next day. All very friendly and great service, would definitely recommend them!

Absolutely brilliant place. I took my car in for its mot with great anxiety. Being a woman taking a car to the garage is never a good feeling, I have been ripped off by more garages than I can count with extra things needing to be done and when a male turns up they suddenly vanish. This garage is completely different in the best way possible. The guys there are brilliant. They didn't rip me off at all, even with the repairs needed to get the car on the road they were fab about it. Quick repair, informative and treated me no different to anyone else. I have already started recommending them to everyone and I will be returning anytime my car needs work.
