Very disappointed in the Management of Border Motor Services. Had an arrangement to view/purchase a vehicle for 2pm Thursday afternoon 27/1/22.\\nAt 1225, same day, just as leaving for the Sale Appointment, got message,to say a Sale Deposit had been taken from another customer,for the vehicle that I was to view.\\nHad already arranged Insurance for the vehicle I was to view and buy.!\\nFelt a very uncaring non professional approach to customer relations.\\nNeedless to say, wouldn't dream of doing business with this company in the future.
