I came here today with my two brothers and dad. the service was terrible except for one lady. even when the place was almost completely empty, the servers were messing around, jumping, etc. while we were waiting to order. afterwards, a server walked past and darted a dirty look to my brother and I. when we FINALLY got to deserts, we ordered and then a server came out with 2 brownies, which was completely different to what we ordered. eventually, we had to leave because this joke of a place took over 45 mins when it was just my family left. what an absolute nightmare of a place. I would be happier staring at myself in a mirror for 2 hours straight

Menu online showed a number of gluten free options and was in a handy location to meet up.
Staff VERY helpful: When we asked about gluten free menu, we had to browse an apparently different menu, to that seen online, on a tablet. It was not particularly clearly laid out and had inconsistencies eg. why could we have a gluten free apple crumble with ice cream, but not custard? (There were several dishes on main menu which we could not fathom why they weren't gluten free)
The staff were extremely helpful with several trips to kitchen to check gluten free status and availability. We were told they'd just cleaned the fryers so we could have chips (they do not have a fryer dedicated to non gluten foods) so we were able to have, what is for us, a treat of pub chips.
Prices reasonable, pub clean and tidy and relaxing. Glad we came here.
Dear Green King; making menus clearer for those with allergies and dedicated allergy equipment could make this place a 'go-to' for fellow sufferers.

A really handy eating place for the Travelodge a few steps away. Large, light and airy the pub is fully accessible. Staff are friendly and the place is kept clean and smart There is a wide choice of 'pub grub' on offer with offerings for vegetarians and vegans.
The pub opens early too to serve a cooked breakfast which was very handy.
Parking: Plenty of parking

Words usually fail me, but in this instance I can unload the whole dictionary about how stupendous this place is. The food is immaculate, the atmosphere is impeccable, the staff are as friendly as golden retrievers, the drinks are estimable for all your Hard earned money, the toilets are brank spanking clean and best of all, the peice e resistance, the steak is medium marvellous! If your in the area and you DONT come here, Broadmoor might be a more appropriate location for you! 18/10!!

Really only came here because we were staying at the hotel next door. However, the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. Adding in the amazing burger and drink deal, this turned out to be a no-brainer.
Although we were served by three different people, the level of friendliness and knowledge remained high. Would definitely go again if we were in the area.
Vegetarian options: The veggie burger option was the excellent 'Beyond' meat-free alternative: really tasty.

Took a group of 14 there for dinner on Saturday. Everyone enjoyed their food and it was really good value for money. The service was exceptional! Thanks Dawn and Vikki for an exceptional evening. Breakfast on Sunday was also great.

Visited the Two Henrys last weekend for lunch and was pleasantly surprised. It's a big venue but has cosy seating areas. Dog friendly, definitely a plus! Had a lovely meal, generously proportioned. Reasonable prices too. Very friendly and quick service. I'll definitely be back!
