Small but packs a big punch. Staff are very welcoming. We had a table of 12 and nothing was too much trouble. Food was great. Definitely recommend.

I have been eating at the Royal Balti for YEARS, their service and food is brilliant 99% of the time, if there is a mistake, they rectify it swiftly and you have to commend that.
I have travelled a lot and had many many curries, however, somehow Royal Balti make THE best curries I have ever eaten, I have converted many people of Telford to eat here and they swear by them too, all of their curries are delicious and if you like it spicy, they can give you a real kicker!
Staff and service here is always fantastic and easy to deal with, thank you!

The Royal Balti staff is very welcoming since you step a foot into the restaurant, really caring and checking if anything is going alright or if anything is needed!
They also give spot on recommendations on the items on the menu, so feel free to ask for any tips.
The variety is quite great, with loads of vegetarian and good vegan options too!
Unfortunately I can not remember what it was, but they have something with coconut cream and lychee that a friend ordered, and it was just sooo nice, and sweet... Very well balanced!
Allow me to add that while waiting for our food, they brought a thin fried dough with several sauces, of which my favourite was the spicy mango one. Of course, if you mix all the sauces and veggies you get a fantastic mix of flavours, really good, but the mango one was the one that kept me going addicted going back to it haha!
At the end of the night, because we were celebrating two birthdays, they offered a dessert that was delicious, and after your meal they bring to the table some wipes to clean the hands.
That was, a very lovely night in companionship with friends!

After nearly 40 years of living just 4 miles away and going to other restaurants I can honestly say I can't believe I have never found the Royal Baltic. It was a friend who recommended and I'm so glad. I ordered a collection and got to say the staff are very welcoming on pick up, service was great and next time I will definitely book a table to eat in. Food is excellent. Dissapointed in the service, we got there in a taxi at 7:20 as I wanted a few drinks, we sat down and ordered a drink and poppadoms and he also asked to take our food order, we said can we wait for 5 minutes while we decide, 1 minute later he asked us again so we just ordered a starter, mains, chips rice and naan which we?re very nice but they sent it all out together? We took a bite of the starter and went on to mains so it didn?t go cold, after finishing the food was taken away 2 minutes later we were given the hand and face wipes not even heated and a slice of orange, weren?t asked if we wanted desserts 8:20 and we were in the taxi home I may aswell of had a take away or driven there as I only managed to get 2 beers in,
We were looking forward to sitting in there for a good few hours and drinking/ having a dessert
Wish I never bothered if I?m honest all in £75 food and drink bill and £20 taxi bill to sit there for an hour because we were rushed out, the only person who asked about our meal was the young guy at the end taking payment,
I?m sure your a very good take away as your so fast but, if you have a restaurant, just think.. I?ve come there for a reason and it?s not to get out as fast as I can or I?d have it at HOME!!

Old fashioned, cramped and dark. Rude staff. Food served cold with a nice thick layer of oil on top.
If you want something that was prepped days ago followed by hours regretting your choice this is THE place to go.
