Love the card factory as it?s always reasonably priced and has a lot of variety. With all special occasions I always go here for my balloons, banners, cards etc as they are great quality, the staff are wonderful and efficient too.

I visited there last week, and in trying to get a gift bag I wanted, I accidentally knocked some other bags onto the floor, which I was unable to pick up due to a back injury. I explained to an assistant and she completely put me at my ease and told me not to worry about it as she would pick them up after serving me..
A really pleasant assistant by the name of Sue.

Wide range of cards/ideas, can be aa little crapped at certain times of the year, helpfull staff efficiant service, cards are low priced compared to other high st shops

Why get upset with a customer if your information about whether your store was open or not was incorrect on not one but several search engines? Your attitude was appalling and you've lost a customer.
