A good venue for community worship. A very interesting historic building with a modern parish centre close by in the middle of a peaceful park area

All Saints Church in Wellington is at least the third church on the site. A previous church was badly damaged in the english Civil War. The current church was completed in 1790 and is stone with a slate roof. It is an attractive building well worth visiting.

Welcoming and lively church with a wide variety of ways to explore and grow in Christian faith.

Well resourced place of worship. The service I attended - The Archdeacon's visitation - was [more than] a bit female oriented, & [I felt] talked down to [gr8 4 a mother & toddler group]. V. much the current C.o.E. female & inclusive groups {an excellent thing ? }; but, NOT whilst marginalising the 40% of the population {why do you think young boys & men are underperforming ? oh yes! NO role models!}

Visited here for a civic carol service of which my grandaughters school was part of. Very enjoyable evening. The church is such a warm and welcoming place as are the people who work and worship there.
