It's not my first visit here..... Called here for a click and collect order.There is a lack of checkout staff here, so queues build up at the downstairs (the only) till quite quickly, and this leads to frustration.Some customers take it out on the staff, as they are first in the firing line - not really fair, but the Zara management need to get their act together.The store is quite well stocked over 2 floors with a range of clothing for men, women and children.Based on the level of customer care I received today, I won't be back in a hurry!

Hated the whole experience long wait times for changing rooms AND to pay not only this but when going to the till the lady that served me was the rudest woman ever wasn?t interactive very moody couldnt care less about making us comfortable had an attitude that she was better than everyone else and when doing a 60 transaction on contactless my card declined because i had done contactless too many times and she gave me the dirtiest look ever as if i couldnt afford it made me so mad and uncomfortable ive never been in before and this was my first time the worst part is she looked like a manager and if it was she definitely doesn?t deserve her job she was the rudest most vulger person i have ever met and come across in retail stores.

So messy with at least 7 rails of stock on the ladies floor. Shopfloor and fitting room a mess. Where's the organisation????

Cold, impersonal. Repair work in progress & poorly stocked. Store seems too big for contents. Very slow to pay.

Place looks like it's not got enough clothes to fill the store and racks just dropped here and there. Not cheap either

Good clothes but the queue process is a disgrace - any money you ?save? on sales is negated by the 30 minute queues to pay for an item.You should be separating people who are returning ridiculous amounts of items in different queues when it takes me 30 seconds to process them scanning my tag and me tapping on the machine?Also waited that long to be told contactless wasn?t working !!!!! Joke of a process

Love zara and their clothes, hate this store, dated store. Slow staff, slow checkouts and long ques, like waiting for an Alton Towers ride!! Security doors consistently going off drives you mad!! New store and staff needed

I love Zara and shop almost exclusively there on or on their website. However, it seems like hardly have any stock that is on the site, the store hasn't been refurbed since it opened in 2003. The Birmingham one is way better.

Horrible management in this store! From reading the reviews below it seems one particular manager seems she?s a tough bullyI brought a blouse recently and wore it to a meeting within half an hour the threads came loose on the buttons; down my chest, on the cuffs of my arms, and due to being silk this was creating marks towards the bottom of the blouse.I took it in store at Telford shopping centre, when speaking to the cashier she agreed the quality shouldn?t be like this from Zara she was very quite and said she?s not trained to deal with returns - why are employees not trained through?She asked the manager to look at this Victoria that wears her blonde hair in a bun looked at it without speaking to me and said this is not a factory issue can?t return it. I asked her what does that have to do with the quality issue? She did not agree that the quality was weak, I mentioned she needs to look at the evidence in front of her the threads coming loose dangling and marks that should not be there with one useAnother manger by the name of Jodie with dark black hair in a high bun remained quieter as she was on the cash machine but pointed to her long silky skirt and said like mine it?s my fault that it?s got a mark as it?s silkThe behaviour at this store was immature as they limited me in explaining my concernWhen I tried to ask for their names they did not give this and said it was data protection but would give me their ID?sBut walked away I stayed until 15 minutes passedI explained that I was already advised by Zara via WhatsApp to go in store I travelled an hour on a week day to receive such bullying especially by Victoria who walked off because I refused to leave without namesI ended up catching their names when they had conversations between each other and ignoring meZara should not have unprofessional employees that are inconsiderate and rude.Thanks to Zara WhatsApp who have agreed to look into this

Amazing customer service , Yee was so helpful told me about lots of products and services , was efficient and did my exchange no problem and very patient and spoke to us while processing transaction. Fantastic x
