Had a pair of winter boots heeled last year and today noticed that one of the heels was starting to come off, took them back to see if it could be stuck back on, I went and did a bit of shopping and then went back boot all sorted and no charge, I did offer to pay something but offer declined, excellent service

Great service, he repaired a changing bag zip within seconds, i had previously been let down by seamstresses claiming the bag needed a new zip
