So I had an issue with a book which I?d bought. No fault of the store, a manufacturer error. Sent an email, quick reply, quick resolution. Amy was brilliant. Was my first time using the Telford Store and was very impressed with the customer service :)

Not sure of who it was that served me, they had shortish silvery hair, but they were pleasant, knowledgeable, and fun to engage with. Definitely the customer service I like to see, I'll be back once I finish The Light Fantastic

I go here all the time, honestly the most cramped waterstones ever. I still buy books from there but the overall experience is, stressful. No one has any awareness and its difficult looking for books when theres big groups of people who dont understand spacial awareness. Other then that, its a great waterstones
