Faulty item refused an exchange . Offered to bend item to make clasp close 1 week later same problem again . Perfect example of you get what you pay for !

Went it today, took ages to be served. The young girl that served me had a terrible attutide! No manners, slamming things around.
If my staff were that rude to people they would be sacked!!!
If you don't want a job let someone who wants to be there have it!
Terrible customer service!!!!
She let's the whole team down.
