I arrived for my appointment early, The lady on the desk changed my appointment to an earlier time, So I didn't have to hang around. The optometrist was very informative throughout the whole test. But the reason for my review goes to Ishaaq Mahmood. He was very friendly and patient and helped me choose two pairs of glasses and then, went through lots of different Lenses and payment options, for me too choose. He worked out the cheapest option with the voucher code I had. 5 stars to him and the rest of the team.

My husband had an eye test at this shop and was told by the optician he needed glasses. The person who was going to ?help? us with what type of lenses, frames, was so bored, uninterested, he couldn?t wait to get rid of us. We will be buying frames and lenses but not at this shop. Shame on you Vision Express Telford.

Went in to book my son's Eye test, to be told it would have to be after school appointment. When I told her he had his first eye test on a Saturday due to him wanting his dad there. Abit of eye rolling so they lady she's clicking away. Gets to the date I've asked for... she scrolls down and empty day of no appointments at that time and told me 3.30 which I said I'd like an earlier one as there's no appointment booked that day yet. To be told they don't usually see children on the weekend to think I'm lucky to be getting an appointment at which I told her not to bother and I will take him else where! Really poor service! And won't be going back when I need my next eye test!

Today I had an eye test at Vision Express Telford and a problem was discovered which has led to an urgent hospital referral. I can't speak highly enough of the guy called Grant (sorry I didn't note his surname) who was so thorough with his investigations, informative and utterly professional throughout. Excellent staff from the time you enter to the time you leave and they have the ability to 'have a laugh' which seems to be missing in a lot of our shops these days, in case they upset some one.

Couldn't be happier with the service I received from Vision Express. I wasn't kept waiting, examination was thorough and lots of glasses to choose from. I also had the option to spread the payments interest free, using Klarna. To top it off, my glasses were delivered to my home within a week.

Went in to see if they could do my mum's eye's as we didn't have appropriate and she's 87 and doesn't get out much and after a while standing there waiting for someone to come and see us and when they did finally come and saved us she did say they couldn't see her till next week I did say I'm going to struggle to being her so she looked again and said you can being her in half hour so we did she was so happy and now is waiting for some new glasses thank you ?
