Highly recommend booking your holiday and travel arrangements here. Always had a very good experience at the Telford, Colliers Way store. Holly was the travel advisor who booked our 2025 holiday for us over the phone. She was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly too.

Our agent Emma went above and beyond to book our 2 family's holiday. Emails on alternative resorts similar to what we wanted helped us decide on our final choice. Will definatly be going instore rather than using the app when booking future holidays as you are given so much more information. Especially if the agent is as knowledgeable as ours

I went to this store on Saturday, Spoke to a lovely, friendly young lady called Izzy who booked exactly the holiday we wanted. I didn't have to wait long to see her. Everything was booked with in the hour of me arriving. I have always found the service hear really good approachable and friendly. I will definitely be booking again through this store.

Booked my holiday to Jamaica with Issy from the Telford branch.She was very attentive and helpful and even managed to solve a problem for me. Great attention to detail as she really does try and go above and beyond to ensure the customers needs and wants are catered to. Overall. fantastic service and should I need to book again I will definitely be calling the Telford branch to book :)

Kate is an absolute gem. Rang me after we got cut off. Was able to do exactly what my husband wanted for flights. Managed to get me an upgrade on a room. Waited while I grabbed him to pay as Virgin app was down so my card would not work.Knowledgeable & helpful.Thank you.

I always book with Tui, and never have I had a bad experience. I always look forward to booking a holiday. We haven?t got a bad word to say about Laura! She is amazing, I love how she always remembers my mum and I every time we go in yearly. We love talking about our experiences and we look forward to booking with Laura again :)
