They print bank statements for free unlike the TSB in Wellington where they'll charge you £5!
This branch seems to be short staffed though.

I turned up to Telford branch without appointment. After a short wait was greeted by Sam whom could not do enough to explain, show and assist with getting me up and running with a new account.
Sam was professional and attentive to ensure my needs were met, no hard sell.
Thank you Sam and I hope she receives my positive regards because of her my experience at TSB has been exceptional.

Went to close my mom's bank account due to her passing the assiant was rude un professional so went back second time the assistant was even rude because I didn't have the right paper work and wanted me to make a appointment on the day of her funeral REALLY so I made a appointment ment was left for a while and another assiant said half past 2 which was my time there was NO greetings hello or please follow me she just walk of and went into the room NO MANNERS AGAIN SO I JUST SAT DOwn all she said was what have you got so I gave her my paper and then she just carried on typing but then she opened my letter and started to read it but my proof of address was on the front so no need to read it just found it very daunting no words of the assuant she even took photo copies of things with out saying anything and Al she said was that's done no good bye , take care nothing as it was a breavment I thought a little bit of compasion would gone a long way
SO GLAD I DONT BANK WITH THEM

Poor and slow service. Only one self service machine and counter window is rarely open. Lots of staff walking around looking busy but never serving customers it seems

My wife came in here Friday 21st October to get a bank statement stamped by the branch to prove it had been printed in-house and therefore that it is a genuine statement. The lady she spoke to played dumb for half hour and purposely went out her way to pretend to not know what she was on about even after being shown examples of stamped statements from other branches and official direction from the HMRC website. Only after threatening to complain did she go back of house and stamp the statement. No wonder this country's going down the pan with pathetic tiny minded individuals like that, should have been a 5 minute job.

One or two of the staff member are always rude. Also why is there only ever one window open when there is 4-5 windows in total. All i wanted was to pay money in because the machine wasn't working and nobody opened another window. I had to stay 30 mins behind a person who seemed to be cashing in the whole worlds currency.

This bank, branch and TSB as a whole are just poor beyond belief. A bank that will only accept cash deposits Monday to Friday between 9 and 4 only caters to those in society who do not work.As a working person to deposit money into a charity account that helps people, I have to take time out of work.Why can there not be a single day where the bank is open till 6pm? Or 7pm? One day a week maybe open 12 midday till 6pm? Just make it possible for workers to actually be able to do something.Or just accept that you are that poor a service, that as a bank you should just close down, honestly I'd be happy with either outcome, change to be useful or just shut down
