Very disappointed from staff . Lady working yesterday in the morning in fitting rooms was very rude! Few times asked for hanger even though I said there was no hanger for this item, she start raising her voice I have to go and look for a hanger, one more time explain my self that the specific item was WITHOUT hanger and this was how we find the item and she said nothing ! She was very rude not only to me but to other costumers ! It?s understandable that nobody wants to work Sunday but that isn?t my fold and as a costumer this is not how I or anybody else should be treated! Very disappointing from Telford store , that never happened with other stores !

Terrible place. Looks like an overblown, overpriced jumble sale. So many clothes on the racks that they are really creased and packed in so tightly that it's difficult to put them back on the rail. Other household goods was displayed better.

I went into the Telford store 31st March 2025, I have to mention the date, because I cannot believe we are in 2025 and having to be treated like dirt. Anyway, I select my two items and went to the cashier area where there was another female being served before me. Now this was just after 2pm, one cashier. It was my turn and the cashier just stared at me, no facial expressions, serious. I approached the area, placing items on the top, went to greet the Female, white cashier, but the look I had, made me stop in my tracks. The dirty looks she gave me, took it away. The female cashier scanned the items, said the price. Waited until she saw what I was paying with then the machine showed the price, I scanned my card. It was approved. The Female cashier then took the receipt placed it on the desk next to the items, saying receipt. Then the Female cashier, looked at the next customer. At this point I took out my own carrier, and took the receipt and items at the side to pack them. When the next customer came forward. Being a white female, the greetings was totally totally different. I just cannot believe in this day and age such people is serving people in this store. Surely there is other people much suitable for this job. I am a black female, born and bred in Telford, and I absolutely proud to be black and very much comfortable in my skin. If this white Female cashier does not want to deal with other people of colour, get another job.

I wanted to buy a pajama top on sale and the store employee didn't want to give me the product because she thought it was too cheap.The employee was young, she looked at the product with pleasure and I think she wanted to keep it for herself.
