“Great charity shop, always something good on offer, all staff our very professional and nothing is too much trouble for them. I phoned to see if they had a glass chess set to buy and once they had checked throughout the store they said no but wellington had one. Instead of telling me to go to wellington,one of the staff drove down and picked it up for me. That's just going the extra mile. The manager and assistant manager is lovley and it just seems like all the staff are one big family. WELL DONE SEVERN HOSPICE OAKENGATES!!!!”
