I have tryed to call the shop in telford for over a week different times and never spoke to anyone .being disabled i cannot get into shop

The service I received at three was great on the day but when I started using my phone I noticed the screen wasn't right, as if there had been liquid under it before it had been fitted. I complained to the store and was made to feel stupid, as if I was making it up. I went back a second time and they still made me feel as though I was being silly, telling me it was grease from where I had been on the phone, I can still see the mark on the screen now (3 months later) it's massive. I will probably stay with three when I go for an upgrade but I'd not go back to the Telford store. It's a very obvious fault with the phone that everyone can see except the people that work there ?

I am writing to commend that you put this person forward for employee of the year!\\nHis name was Luke and I had the pleasure of meeting him on 7th of April.\\nLuke was very knowledgeable about Three?s products and also helped me with transfer of my data between my phones.\\nHe also suggested a plan that would be more beneficial for me and explained the reasons why so kept me as a Three customer.\\nI spoke to Luke about not being able to get onto your website for a long while via my phone and he even managed to sort that out!\\n\\nHe was fantastic , lovely personality, patient, put me at total ease and was happy to go over things again that I didn?t understand and a whizz at multi-tasking.\\n\\nPlease pass on my comments to his manager that Luke is a customer facing treasure!
