I had a HydraFacial with Tara and it was amazing! She was so professional, knowledgeable, and made the whole experience super relaxing. My skin felt instantly cleaner, smoother, and really refreshed afterwards. Tara explained each step along the way and gave me great tips for my skincare routine. A nice atmosphere and the staff were friendly, but I was very disappointed with my Softwave treatment. It was very expensive and quite painful for marginal improvements. I've waited another month after my review at the clinic as I was told my skin would continue to improve but there has been no change. Altogether disappointing and expensive mistake.
Having posted a negative review, the clinic contacted me ans asked me to come in to discuss my concerns. After a consultation, it was agreed I would have fillers and botox at no cost to myself. The doctor was very knowledgeable and careful to make it as pain-free as possible. Im thrilled with result. Thank you medispa.

From the moment I walked into The Medispa in Shrewsbury, I was blown away by how stunning and luxurious the clinic is. The attention to detail, from the warm welcome to the little touches like their lovely coffees and soft drinks, made me feel completely at ease before my treatment even began.
Leah was absolutely fantastic, so friendly and incredibly knowledgeable about all the treatments and products. It was amazing to be able to pick her brains about everything on offer. I was quite nervous about my Sofwave treatment, as I had read it could be painful, but to my surprise, I barely felt a thing! The entire experience was smooth and comfortable, and I could almost see an immediate lifting effect. I can?t wait to see the full results!
I also had a consultation with Anna, who was so honest and professional. She gave me tailored advice on which treatments would actually benefit me and even reassured me that I didn?t need a couple of the ones I was originally considering. That level of honesty gave me even more confidence in the clinic.
I can?t recommend The Medispa enough, the combination of luxury, expertise, and genuine care makes it a standout. I?m already looking forward to my next visit!

I recently visited The Medispa for both their fat freezing and SoftWave treatments, and I couldn't be more impressed with the results! From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and at ease, providing all the information I needed before starting the treatments.
The fat freezing session was smooth and comfortable. The technician explained the procedure thoroughly, ensuring I knew what to expect. While there was a cooling sensation during the treatment, it wasn?t uncomfortable at all. After completing the sessions, I began to see noticeable changes, especially around my abdomen and thighs, with a clearer, more contoured look.
As for the SoftWave treatment, I was amazed by how effective it was. The technology uses sound waves to tighten and rejuvenate skin, and after just one session, I noticed a visible improvement in the firmness and smoothness of my skin.
