Some of the staff look like they don't want to be there , I feel they analyse you as you approach the til and ive learnt to always have the receipt because on checking my receipt today 23.7.25 even though she bleeped my club card I was still charged the full total of my shopping at the end.
Some cashiers don't ask for your club card which means losing out on club card points.
I work in education and every so often we have staff training to remind us of our duties and skill us up as so not to become complacent.
I think your cashiers are being picky choosy with customers.
What's the point in having a club card if cashiers are not being loyal to all their shoppers.

I think prices are getting worse not better crisps wotsits know £1.85 back 3 weeks ago they were £1:65 beer and larger is high and high

Good sized store with plenty of stock and a good reduced isle. Free clean toilets inside and friendly staff.

Big thank you to Andy the store manager who helped my mum when she visited the store today and had a moment where she felt faint. He went above and beyond which made her feel safe and comfortable. This is our local store and the staff are always super helpful n friendly

A great shop with a wide range of goods.
Really friendly and helpful staff who really make a difference.
Easy to park and get in and out of.

If you need to ask the staff for help just wait for them to finish there conversation about other staff members, if your looking at something made to move because staff need to fill that shelf where you are standing, if you buy clothes and ask if there?s a security tag on they say you?ll be ok as it?s just the meat and if you want to buy a scratch card and have ID they still do not serve you! Lovely place to visit.

It's Tesco's. It's like any other Tesco's I've been in. Very similar to Asda, without so much green decor.
