Had a basket full of goodies and a bottle of beer. Was refused sale because I had a child with me. Certainly not fussed to shop elsewhere if you don't trust your customers. Stupidity at its finest. Left a £50 basket at the self service and walked out. Useless place

We have just been to tesco we go regularly. We also had some vouchers to use. and a cupple of scratch cards not alot of value but it all helps as we are short of money with me being on maternity so we felt bad anoth trying to scrump and save to feed us all. When there we were served by a ginger girl she was rude did not make eye contact or talk to us. Made us feel very uncomfortable. Other staff are lovely abit let down with the service today very disappointing

Great local convenience store , however to get better value for money (big main shop).
I recommend going to the Tesco extra on Wellington retail park.

Recently on the night time , hardly any staff.The young friendly staff on the tills have abuse directed to them , insults, its diabolical .The management should address their lack of staff on the tills, its unfair to their employees.Really annoyed.

POST OFFICE - Very rude staff , long queues .I been witness when "lovely" lady Julie called one of the customers "stupid" , of course not face to face but stright after this person leave , in front of the rest customers in queue . Well done Julie , shame on you.Asian women , who didn't have a plate with name was very rude to the customer on second till. Looks like she was very unhappy that she is at work , maybe it's a time to find work where you wont be in touch with customers , and you won't take it out on them . I been there a few times and she is always acts like the customers ruining her day .

Nice little supermarket for the essential supplies.. also has a post office inside which is a big plus point.. there are parking spaces outside including disabled parking bays.. other businesses are around as well like a fish bar, vets, dentist, a charity shop etc so u can park once and finish multiple chores.. best part about this tesco express is that its open until 11 pm even on weekends!. Probably the only place I know in Telford where u can buy grocery stuff after 4 on a weekend
