Something we picked up was missing a barcode. The checkout lady was talking to a customer on another till and asked my husband to fetch another item. Then carried on talking to the other customer while i carried on packing. Not very good customer service.

Went in this branch
To get some food because my mate was diabetic and needed some
Lucozade & food
I know it was monday bank holiday
6:00 a clock closing the staff told us they where closing in 3 mins
But kept repeating we are closing
Making us rush around
In a panic the staff member
Keeps on checking her watch all the time
Telling us to hurry up on the check out
We felt so rushed
And causing my mate to have a bad hypo being a diabetic

Attend Tescos every few days, each time scanning & go. And that?s the problem can?t go as I?m stopped for a bag check! To much detail to write here, I will be escalating it with head office. I feel that the management have got a little complacent with this shop & need restructuring. I?m really considering travelling to Shrewsbury than shop at this one.

Superb customer service from Ian and his supervisor on the scanner checkout where we encountered a glitch today???
The computerised till jammed and delayed our departure for quite a while....they were so professional..and apologetic I felt we should mention it on here and thank them VERY much for their service.

I go in there every Friday being disabled the girls on scan and go are amazing .Amenable and Adeeba are so helpful. They see my difficulty and help in every way possible it's so lovely see their happy smiling faces and their help is priceless I love these girls helpful polite and realy concerned and ready to help everyone.well done girls keep up the amazing work .you make my shopping experience alot easier.

Always been a good Tesco. It has a Greggs, Entertainer Toys Selection, Holland & Barrett, Pharmacy, Photo Shop and a Tesco Cafe. It?s a very good selection in just tesco itself, with nice staff.

Ameena lacks customer service skills to the highest level. She was overly disrespectful and had no respect for me whilst I was there. I am a loyal customer to Tesco but fear I will no longer return to this store until she is gone! I am appalled by her behaviour and utter disrespect she gave me and my family. She laughed in our faces, told me my id wasn?t valid and that I can not buy the item I wanted to purchase. Really disappointed with my experience today and wish to have her removed from this store. You should not take pride in this employee and it is clear she needs more training.

my elderly nan couldnt get up the steps so my mom went to here to get her some fags they refused to sell my mom the fags because she looks under 25 , shes 32 ? so my elderly nan had to walk up 50 steps and they still wouldnt sell rhem her because they thought they was for my 32 year old mom whitch they thought was under 25.
