I had a message saying there changing one of my tablets to one that doesn't agree with me that makes me sick no doctor has rang me or even looked at my records to see I can't take it they don't answer the phone can't get a appointment it's terrible!

Visited Teldoc Lawley in late November 2023 for the first time. The Teldoc Lawley Medical Practice is in a separate building with its own car park . It is approached by turning off at the lights on the B5072 ( Road from The Rock to Lawley ) OPPOSITE the turn to Morrisons . You go down Hunters Rise and turn off Right into Martingale Way. The entrance into the car park is on the RIGHT before the building as it a one way system into and out of the car park. The car park has disabled parking close to the building with a flat approach to the doctors at the front - a dentist surgery is at the right hand side and chemists shop is further round again .A large waiting area has a small reception hatch at the front with access to the consulting rooms just off the room .

Their reception staff when you call are appalling so rude and loooove to threaten to put the phone down if you DARE to question them on anything, absolutely disgusting. I am in the process of moving doctors because of these unprofessional people who think they are above criticism.

Yes you have to phone early for an appointment but you do get seen. Never had a problem.EDIT. Changed my opinion, phoned doctor in the morning to receive pain killers for my back whixh were agreed. Had to speak to pharmacist at teldoc to review my medication, and they refused to change it. I am in extreme pain and they do not understand

Almost impossible to get an appointment. Never see the same doctor so impossible to build any rapport. 3 times now different doctors have prescribed medication for my children that are not even available anymore. Never received alternatives for 2 of those medications despite me consistently calling to request something else and the third medication (urgent antibiotics for my disabled 9 yo) was not represcribed until the next day. Avoid teldoc if possible.

After a very frustrating day waiting for a Doctor?s phone consultation, I went into Lawley practice.The helpful receptionist (Tasha) ascertained that for some reason the Teldoc phone wouldn?t connect with mine, despite me having service for any other caller.She persevered and spoke with the Doctor and arranged for my call to be made later.Understanding she is working in a broken system, she did her utmost to ensure it didn?t let me down.I thank her.

Trash overall service from the NHS service as a whole, when you can get in, feels like i may have saved the weeks by going to B&M and get paracetamol for cheap anyway.I dunno how many people have not been diagnosed, but I swear down there's people dying cos of it. I guess they couldn't handle all the morons who went "just because", because gone are the days that you could get in to see your doctor.

Just once I hoped that I wouldn't have any issues with this place. I use the term place instead of Doctors of GP because quite frankly the fact that your even associated with medical professionals is unbelievable given your ineptitude to do even the most basic of tasks and lack of compassion for people that have no choice but to use your service (believe me I have been looking for alternatives but can't due to postcode). I was actually told by yourselves to drop off my sample today to your premises so imagine my suprise when I did that (in the process being late for work, given how slow your staff are) and then getting a text message come through saying you don't accept it and needs to be dropped off at the hospital. How incompetent are your staff to not get the information correct. You have wasted my time, effort and litteral resources AGAIN. I tried calling just to put in an official complaint but you have a billion people in a queue ALL THE TIME. I have better luck finding gold than getting through to you. This place should be shut down or the staff replaced, ideally both.
