Just brought a car from this dealership. I would like to say it was a pleasure and privilege to meet nice people that they don't pester you. they were so helpful. plus they go above and beyond they keep you up-to-date with everything. I've had some cars in my time I can honestly say this is the best company by a mile. great prices for there cars and great prices for part exchange s so if you want a new or second hand car give them a try you will not be disappointed. all the staff make you feel at ease. and a big thank you to BEN top man rate this company 10 out of 10 thanks again Ben.

We traveled a long way to buy a used Fiat 124 from TJ Vickers ( a dream car and a big treat for us !) That was nearly a year ago and still loving the car - every time we drive it ! Small issue re bodywork wasn?t completed at purchase ( admin error am sure ) but thanks so much to Mat for subsequently sorting- much appreciated. When we were initially looking around the show room a local told us that they had always bought their cars from TJV and we would be ?looked after? and he was right ! Thank you for our fab car !

Can?t thank the staff at Vickers enough, especially Ben. Yvonne and I think it was Kelsey were professional, friendly and kept me informed throughout. They came to my rescue when an engine warning light came on stopping my holiday in its tracks. Service was prompt and I was soon back on the road. Too class service.

I experienced buying a car from a dealership for the first time with TJ Vickers, and it was such a wonderful experience. I was hesitant due to things I?ve heard about dodgy dealers and pushy salesmen but Matt has been so lovely from start to finish with the purchase of my fiat 500. He answered all of my questions and made me feel very at ease and comfortable throughout the whole thing!! There was a small hiccup with the process, but the team were really reassuring and went above and beyond to rectify it & still provide a positive experience, even though it wasn?t their fault. Thank you so much, you?ve made a Fiat 500 girly v happy !! ?

Steve was a pleasure to deal with on the phone and in person. The car he'd offered was exactly as he'd promised. In perfect condition and ready to go. He took care of us and even though busy when we arrived, managed to find time for us to inspect the car whilst he returned to his other clients. He followed up calls with us afterwards to make sure we were happy. I know where my next car should be coming from.

Great experience buying a second hand Alfa Romeo Stelvio. Before the purchase, I asked a lot of questions on the phone / via email because I live in London, The salesperson (Matt) was very prompt, helpful, and transparent. When I saw the car in person, it was exactly as described, no surprises. The overall experience was very professional and pleasant; two words rarely associated with buying a second hand car in my experience so well done TJ Vickers! (and they had a Fiat Uno Turbo on display in the showroom; flash for the past!)

Used Vickers, Telford for the first time for service and Mot. Very efficient booking appointment. Great service when I got there, the receptionist was excellent. Service was carried out swiftly and efficiently. I would recommend them.
