Great customer service by a young guy (didn't get his name) it's rare to go into a jewellers without being hounded. Great service and I wasn't really on the ball, he handled me very professionally, was honest and went above and beyond. 10/10.

Went to TH Baker's today, what lovely staff,especially Tara, who helped with several early Xmas gifts, nothing was to much trouble for her.
I was also very grateful to Tara, for her kind nature, as my blood sugars dropped and she was kind to help me.

Me and partner went into today to get our wedding bands and can?t fault the service. Tara was so friendly, helpful and informative. There was also another new member of staff who helped who was great (apologies, can?t remember her name). They weren?t pushy like everywhere else we went. Would recommend to everyone, made us feel so special and can?t wait to pick up my ring ??

A good jewelry store with a wide selection of good value for money stock. They also have a good secondhand section where I have picked up some great bits and pieces over the years. Friendly and helpful staff and a good clean well laid out staff.

My brother bought a pair of earrings for my birthday, a few minutes after purchasing them I tried to wear them only to find out they were faulty. As we were still in the centre we tried to go back to have them either repaired, exchanged or refunded. The lady was very unhelpful and appeared rude, she stated because they were earrings we could not get them exchanged or refunded, she did attempt a poor job at repairing them, however they are still faulty. She did not tell us when she gave them to me they were faulty or that the earrings could be exchanged, she tried to point to a small sign that stated that earrings could not be exchanged or refunded which we pointed out should be bigger or at least told when purchasing. I would recommend better customer service as I left very frustrated and annoyed especially since it was my birthday. It is a shame because I have used this jewellers many times before without any issue but this particular lady was a disappointment and I would rather not use this jewellers again.

We didn't buy anything from this place, however the staff were so extremely helpful, they even did a quick search online and recommended the brands they had heard off with higher quality but still good prices, I would honestly shop with them purely for how nice and helpful the staff are
