Great customer service by a young guy (didn't get his name) it's rare to go into a jewellers without being hounded. Great service and I wasn't really on the ball, he handled me very professionally, was honest and went above and beyond. 10/10.

Went to TH Baker's today, what lovely staff,especially Tara, who helped with several early Xmas gifts, nothing was to much trouble for her. Me and partner went into today to get our wedding bands and can’t fault the service. Tara was so friendly, helpful and informative. There was also another new member of staff who helped who was great (apologies, can’t remember her name). They weren’t pushy like everywhere else we went.
