My wife used our local Telford the forge branch where the staff were so rude and unhelpful she left the gifts she was going to buy on the counter and left £100 plus. Sugest customer training for there staf as an urgent matter or can you afford to loose that much money ?

Myself and my mom had decided to get our ears re-pierced not something I personally jumped for joy about, but Sophie at the Telford shopping center branch was lovely and very reassuring, such a lovely young lady who explained everything as she went along, and for once in my life I didn't have the awful fainting side effects that I've experienced with past ear piercings.I would recommend Superdrug for piercings, thank you Sophie x
