I am writing to compliment your member of staff, Lee, for being so kind, friendly and welcoming to us. I attend on a weekly basis with my niece who has special needs. Lee goes out of her way to talk with us and knows our order, which is always lovely and well presented, without us having to say anything?

This is a very pleasant Subway, very calming atmosphere and always served with a smile.
Very friendly and helpful staff, a nice welcome on arrival.
Incredibly clean and tidy.
Great choices of foods/drinks.
Wheelchair friendly.
Great parking.
Thank you to Lisa and Simran - always polite, smiling and chatty.
Dietary restrictions: Subway is excellent for their display of allergies and dietary requirements.
Parking: Free parking for 3 hours.
Car parking outside of subway.
Kid-friendliness: Great for kiddies, lovely options of healthy food and drinks.
Wheelchair accessibility: Very wheelchair accessible.

This subway is fine, seems well run, staff are polite.Only negative as with alot of these places is hygiene and a lack of cleaning tables between customers - horrible really.

Rude employees, refused to serve more than 2 sauces. Even though subway website says you are allowed up to 6 sauces. They did not prove this new rule and wanted to imply their own rules to the store.Bad experience!!!!

Food was nice what I had. Just disappointed that a 6inch is the size of a greggs sausage roll and twice the price it used to be. Did not feel like value for money.

I , my husband and little daughter went to Subway wreckin retail park and had two portions of meatball, some nachos and some cheesy bites. The meatball were stale , cold and hard rock. My daughter hurt her tooth and my husband as well. The cheesy bites old , horrible and cheese hard inside. When I approached a member of the staff but he ignored me. My husband called the manageress but she was very rude! We tried to explain the situation to her but she had a smirk on her face the whole time. We said we would leave a bad review and she told us to do what we wanted! Worse subway ever, void at all cost, never again! We did not want any money but at least an apology.

Ordered through just eat, waited a whole hour to receive a message saying they cancelled my order ( with no reason as to why) tried calling them to find out why but I got no answer on both occasions! If you was gunna cancel why not cancel soon as I ordered so I can go elsewhere instead of leaving me waiting a whole hour
