Gave my wife a piece of bread with no toppings on, no salad, no sauce, no cheese, nothing. You seriously think that's what I ordered?? ? then had the audacity to try to dispute the refund. Won't be back!

We went here around 8 at night and the man that served us was very nice and friendly he made our child smile. Got our order made quickly and exactly as we asked. Have and would go here again.
Vegetarian options: There are lots of vegetables options, cheese and hash browns, so you can defo get a vegetarian sub here.

Staff were rushed and abrupt. No choice of bread, toasting, sauce or salad. Won?t bother going to this branch again, the Madeley franchise gives a much friendlier service, and a much tastier sub to your own choices.

Went to Oakengates Subway today. I usually buy a sandwich from this place weekly and on occasions can go multiple times in the week. I will not be returning to this place, as for the first time today the newish guy serving me, told me that I could not have extra sauce on my sandwich which this place has always honoured without complaint. To be treated this way is unacceptable. Last of all, my very last piece of my sandwich tasted like it was moldy. If you want to be served a moldy sandwich without a smile, and common courtesy then this is your place to go

I paid for extra cheese but didn't get even the free one eggs cost me more than £3 I got one so small ridiculous all soggy all said so a poor sandwich for £13 like for a child. Everything in one small bag

nice food, dont get my orders wrong online ever :). in person the workers struggle to understand english at times and it gets difficult to order.

As expected. Looks like a subway. The hygiene was lacking and processes not followed.
There were grubby bits of old dried food around the customer area. The staff area was not much better. The perspex covid screen was filthy. Neither of the staff members showed any interest in cleaning the shop or workstation. Will not be returning.

Terrible I ordered at 9:15 they accepted my order I live in 5 minutes away I got home and wanted a takeaway as did my wife it came to 10pm and my order never arrived they accepted it and took my money why accept why not reject if you don?t want to send it I have a just eat app at my takeaway so I know very well how it works I order now from Newport subway who always turn up on time I live in Oakengates and have to order from another outlet appalling I want all of my money back
