Sportdirect is ripping people off. Ordering online and paid postage of 4.99 to get delivered. Wanted to return items to store. They won't take it. Had to pay another 4.99 to send back. Absolutely disgusting. Never shopping at Sportdirect again

Very poor service, changing rooms are very very revealing and there is 2 cameras facing straight into the changing room. Very unprofessional

Worst service i have ever experienced.
Ordered something online that came literally broken in half due to courier maybe but also very wrongly packaged,
No customer service number so call email and a lot of work to get no where.
1 week later and still being sent around to different departments with no item
its only £9 but thats not the point, i will contines to wait until the matter is resolved but will never buy from them again

Absolutely disgrace of a shop never been so angry in my whole time after trying to return a pair of unused kids trainers with the valid receipt the next day, to be laughed at by the manager and told to leave and there I no return as they have been worn, worst experience ever and will not be returning staff are so disrespectful, what a shame ?

Went to get some shoes but there were no staff around to help and nobody at the tills so went elsewhere. You could just walk out of that place with a haul of stolen stuff and nobody would even notice as there seems to be no staff running the place. Shockingly bad.

Husband and I tried to purchase trainers. (sketchers) looking to spend upto £150 on 2 pairs. Was assisted once eventually found a staff member who supplied myself with one pair of trainers to try. Which unfortunately did not fit as didn't have my original size. Staff member had disappeared, so after waiting we gave up and left. Attempted the Telford Town centre shop, was a similar situation. Returned home with nothing. Poor service and attention to customers. Needs improvement before we return.
