Brilliant service from Specsavers Telford! After breaking my varifocal glasses just before my 25th wedding anniversary trip, Bev and Russell went above and beyond to help. They found my discontinued frames, swapped my lenses in minutes, and did it free of charge. Couldn?t be more grateful!

I needed a minor repair/adjustment to some sunglasses and although I didn?t purchase them from Specsavers I enquired about it at the desk. Despite being very busy they undertook the repair in quick time and refused to charge me. Excellent service and thank you
Picked up specs on Friday the first of August, returned them on Monday the fourth with a lense coming out of the frame. The girl on reception took them to the lab came back after ten minutes with the specs , well they were all distorted and I was not happy.she then went on to say that the lens was not suitable for the frame , wasn't that supposed to be discussed when I was there for the fitting, any way the discussion went on and she said I could choose a suitable frame and have them re done ,as you can guess I wasn't happy so was offered a refund, which wasn't a full one so I took it.from this experience and the one we had when we collected i don't think we will be using your poor service again.

I?ve had numerous glasses from Specsavers over the years and have always found them accommodating to getting them repaired. Today I went in as my newest pair one arm hinge had broken. Sully and Jack D sorted me out a replacement and I was on my way well happy. Great service and so pleased it?s offered when there is nothing directly on it for the company?.other than my continued custom.
