Awful experience overpriced in comparison to other toy shops staff are not very helpful and management is just awful very unprofessional also the store is very badly organised and there is always stuff on the floor to trip over

Extremely large store with lots of choice and free parking. Has a toilet, very important for me, and parking right outside the store!

My son's hot wheels garage broke when he touched it causing injury. They never cared. Avoid this horrible place full of over priced toys which you can get cheaper online elsewhere.

Good selection and availability, downside is the staff are hit and miss, some staff look and sound like they are enthusiastic to see and speak to you, even if they may not feel it, but others seem totally disinterested. Some things are great value and other items are more than competition but overall OK experience at this store. Parking a bit of a pain at peak times.

Customer toilets don't have hand soap. Staff are really rude and unprofessional.
I appreciate it's a busy time but it's like this all year round.

Rude and very unfriendly staff member at the till. When spending good money on items, a bit of manners wouldn?t hurt. I know this isn?t all staff but we only dealt with the one girl and this is a review on her.

I?m not quite sure who?s bright idea it was cram loads of stuff into the middle of the preschool isle but you clearly haven?t thought about the fact lots of people with preschool aged children have pushchairs. So reducing that idle down to two small ?pushchairs? width lanes with no passing to places made it almost impossible to shop we were all in each others way and no space to manoeuvre! I gave up and up left!

Love this place if there is a particular range of toys you or your children want this is the place to find it might not be the cheapest but they do have a wider range like Lego or Barbie or Bluey toys

Stacks and stacks of toys, presented in a sensible layout...but the staff know where to look if you can't find what you're looking for.
