Shropshire Bathrooms have just replaced a shower and cubicle for my Mum. They were prompt to respond to the request for a quote, which was very reasonable and carried out the work to a high standard in good time. They were lovely to deal with throughout and I would highly recommend them.

Excellent service and advice from start to finish. Shropshire Bathrooms designed and fitted a new bathroom for us. Stella, Graham and their team were friendly, professional and very helpful. They gave us good advice regarding the design of our new bathroom, and we are very happy with the result. The team worked hard, and cleaned up at the end of each day. There were a couple of minor snags once the work was finished. But Graham sorted them out quickly and without fuss. Highly recommended.Services: Install flooring

Superb support from Stella, Graham and their team in the design, and selection of fittings and finishes for the installation of our new wet room, utility room and cloakroom. Having to witness what my aunt has been through since last November is heartbreaking. Such poor workmanship. She paid a lot of money for a high spec new bathroom and their expertise. What expertise!!Three leaks from one towel rail. Damp patches appearing on walls. Was told it was rising damp NOT. shower waste not connected properly so at least 6 months worth of shower water pouring onto floor hidden by ceramic tiles that were laid straight on top of old tiles. They all cracked had to have whole floor ripped up. The whole thing has been a complete nightmare For my aunt who is a pensioner and this being her retirement dream completely shattered.

How this company is still in business it beyond me. Rang and asked for quote told man is going on holiday for a week. Wait a future 2 weeks ring again. Told he has "man flu" but will call later that day to book an appointment. That was a week ago. Complete waste of time !!!
