“Apart from the store looking like it is closed from outside, this is a surprisingly large store with a great selection of clothing. The staff could all do with smiling a bit more, but it was Sunday, so I guess I'd be grumpy too ?”

“I wanted to get my child an end of summer treat, this is where they chose. We were welcomed warmly, the staff were approachable and friendly. They did up sell a bit but always asked for permission before getting my child too excited about the added extras. Overall cost was around £50 but it was worth it.”

“Staff are so helpful here, especially trying to find sensible school shoes for my kids with the impossible requirements set by our school uniform list.Recommended to anyone with school aged kids to get decent shoes at a competitive price that don't fall apart in 5 minutes play time...”

“So i Went into the store twice this week for trainers for me and for my son both times greeted by lovely Young Gentleman who i asked his name before i left and he was called Owen… he couldn’t do enough for me while shopping in store, really quick friendly and professional with a smile always! how ever i felt Guilty for owen as their was group of staff seem to be young ladies all having a giggle and laugh around the till area to which didn’t seem work related. Clearing knowing Owen was left on his own to work trainers which there was other customers around me waiting . Owen also took me to the till to pay.. and sorry to say but manners and attitude of the other staff was poor.JD is a store which i expect to be full of life vibrant kicking and ready with latest fashion with the same attitude with the staff to follow!i will be returning to shop here on the basis of Owens workmanship..But customer service in this store barr owen needs to be addressed.”

“A clean and tidy store despite being busy the queues were short and the young man who served us was excellent and went out of his way to find the pieces I was looking for in my size. I was really impressed soo took a photo of him if you need help he’s the one to ask… excellent service x”

“You can't really beat marks and Spencer for it's quality and customer service but the telford store itself is a throw back to days gone by and does need some love and refurbishment to improve it's shopping experience.”

“Best staff and integrity. I Bought 2 pairs of trainers, one for me,one for my wife for a trip. She placed in suit case and tossed box.Later learned manufacturing sewn one up to tight and shorter.Manager did NOT hesitate to allow me to swap for another pair she admired..Sometimes manufacturing makes errors and even without box they stood by their products,reason only place we go,and they stock most recent offerings like back in the states..Nice people always working there.”
