Bought two phone screen protectors over the past eight months at a cost of £50. Told by staff on both occasions that they have a lifetime guarantee, just need to order the replacements through the Zagg website and bring it in to fit. I've come to find out that each replacement is £7.99 from the Zagg website, and cannot order both at same time (as both protectors have now cracked). Staff at the store failed to tell me this, and the phone screen protector cracked after five weeks. Contacted Customer Services, they said they'd remind staff to say that replacements cost money.I'll save my money next time and just get my phone screen protectors direct from Apple next time.3 stars because of the friendly staff.

My MacBook required either replacement or repair. Stormfront looked at and advised a new keyboard and battery was feasible and so I booked in for repair. Completed within a few days and MacBook as good as new again. Excellent service.

Booked in via apples own website for a repair service for the battery on some airpods. Travelled 15 miles to the store to find out that a) they didn't even know the service existed and b) they can't do the service as their technician doesn't work weekends. What was the point of booking in for a repair if you can't do it, total waste of 30 miles travel. Have passed on the comments to apple as they shouldn't be advertising a repair service if you can't do the repair when booking in.Edit after response... Why is apple telling me to come to your store for services you don't offer? And actually, it is a service you provide after checking. So that's not even accurate. Where on the booking does it say weekends will be drop off only? It doesn't! It says I am booking for a service. You shouldn't be affiliated with apple repairs if you cant even carry them out. Complete waste of time and you haven't even apologised.

Had issue with my iPhone and iPad after installing iOS 17. Apple support team were not very helpful so went to Stormfront in Telford. Harvey was very helpful and resolved my issue within minutes. He had excellent product knowledge and was very professional . A credit to the company.

Fantastic store, great products, and reasonable prices.Select is an Apple reseller, they sell Apple products, and other pieces of cool tech.I have probably visited this store one too many times this past year. It started with a MacBook, and now all of a sudden, I have almost every current Apple product. That being said, I don?t think this would have been the case if it weren?t for my positive experiences with Select.The staff (and I believe I?ve met them all) are lovely, down to earth people. Very easy to speak to, and get along with. They all have made me feel very welcome, and have all been very helpful with my purchases throughout the year. I cannot fault their customer services.Select usually offer a 3 year warranty with their Macs, iPads, and iPhones. This is better than almost everywhere. I love the idea of my devices being in warranty for the entire time I intend on keeping them.I would also like to mention the Easy upgrade; a program in which you can finance and/or upgrade your device. There are options for everyone, and occasionally the 0% deal isn?t one you want to miss! This makes an otherwise expensive purchase, feel a little more comfortable. I have utilised this for the big purchases. Again, at 0% with a 3 year warranty, I?d feel silly missing out on that. Complete breeze to set up.If I had one complaint, and this is totally my fault. But I wish I had purchased the more powerful MacBook Pro instead of the Air I currently have. I am probably stuck with this one for a little while now.I will most definitely be back, like have done constantly throughout the year :)

Just useless, booked through Apple Support to go and have my battery replaced as it was at 70% capacity and I wanted a genuine battery, all confirmed would take 1-2 hours same day as I don?t have the time to send it off and wait a week etc but this store said there?s no guarantee of having it back today, so if they didn?t get it done I wouldn?t have a key for my Tesla and I?d have to drive 25 miles back anyway to pick the thing up.They were nice staff but just so much faffing about, a battery can be swapped in no time, it?s easy as hell.So wasted time and journey.

Better buying from Apple direct. This store does not accept returns ?due to hygiene reasons?. If you purchase directly from apple you can return and you won?t end up very much out of pocket

I was originally sent to the store by Apple because my battery had started to swell on my macbook pro 2015 edition, I was referred on to a local shop in Telford as its classed as vintage and they don't stock the parts, a staff member offer advice how I could remove the rest of my Anti-glare coating from the screen as it had started peeling, I have been left with an horrendous mess and the store are now refusing to discuss it with me even though they said it was being investergated, this is the second time I have recieved poor service. Can the store manager please contact me as its over two weeks now since you said you would try and call back the same day.
