They are helping me by encouraging me to use my money instead of thiers by carefully reducing my overdraft....its working...slowly but surely bit by bit ...cant help but praise the staff they are brilliant.???

Used the Telford branch to open accounts for my children and the service received was superb. Anna who opened the accounts was knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful throughout. Absolute pleasure to deal with and highly recommend Santander and particularly this branch. Thank you.
