Unfortunately they STILL have my parcel, and tracking states they tried to deliver at 10am but I wasn't home on the Sunday, and the tried again at 1pm? But this time my property was inaccessible. I live in a semi detached house, no gates, no dogs, no parking/cars/ a driveway blocking anyone's way I live opposite a row of other house and no road in between us, three different ways of getting to me or four if I include the back of the house. Unfortunately they said they would try and deliver the next working day, which is Monday but no delivery, no update on tracking and the retailer is making me track the order down!!!! Annoying! Wish they didn't arrange delivery for a Sunday, and wish they didn't go through Wellington RM my local Tweedale RM people know my house, where to leave parcel and how to get there. I've had royal mail delivery my letters and another parcel TODAY but no sign of my parcel from Royal mail wellington... Odd situation.

Royal mail driver / postman came, placed my parcel to the door, knocked the door and left immediately without making sure that I am at home. I heard him knocking and rushed down but by the time I opened the door (20 sec) he disappeared. Repeated issue. Telford / Wellington office please sort this out. Delivery was tracked and signed for and cost a lot. Please improve your service and follow this up with your drivers.
