My Wife just arrived home very upset because of the rude and surely attitute of the staff member that served her. I recommend that some form of staff training is introduced to teach staff how to interface correctly with customers.

Absolutely useless, don?t answer the phone. , yet there all stood talking to one another behind the desk , so you have to go there to see if ur prescription you ordered a week ago is ready then you find out it?s not even been received to them so you go to the useless surgery opposite and they say it?s ready this afternoon, so you go back in the afternoon to find out it?s still not been sent over, shocking! May I add they make u do it over a link now after you waited on the phone for 53 minutes to get through to be sent a useless link that doesn?t seem to let you know anything, instead of the receiptonist at the doctors just clicking it off as it?s on repeat anyway and it being ready with in two days, I feel like absolute rubbish as it is with out going back and forth there. There must be a more simple app surely, absolute joke! Stirchley seem a lot more on the ball and seem to have more time for people, I can see why people with mental health issues like my self feel hopeless and end it all
