Patrick has been looking after me very well whilst I?m taking the weight loss injection. He calls me every week to ask how I?m getting on with it and any side effects which I haven?t had. Checks my weight also. Would recommend if anyone trying to loose weight. Very happy with the service and results. ?

Since this Chemists has new people running it. The service has Improved in all ways. The staff are friendly and helpful and the wait for your prescription to be ready to pick up has Improved 100%. Compared to the last people running it.

Used here for prescriptions for 18 months but wasn't impressed with service. Several times I've gone in and even though a staff member has seen me I've been ignored. No customer service skills at all. Now using Leegomery where they are much more efficient and friendlier.

Hadley chemist is a lot better nowadays.
They sent me text to say Pescription ready. ( which they never used to do)

This pharmacy is an absolute joke and nightmare, the waiting time for them to prepare your prescription is atrocious, over an hour for them to give it to you.... Avoid them unless you have a couple of hours to waste

One staff who?s younger than others is so miserable and not very sympathetic, not kind either who?s always moody and never smiles. Unprofessional behaviour makes you not want to come there again. Managers: please teach your younger female staff to speak nicely, the tone of her voice isn?t professional makes me feel uncomfortable! Her attitude needs help too. I?ve worked in customer service and that?s not how you should work and do teach staff to speak properly! She looks like she doesn?t like her job or even enjoy it and sees it as a chore!
