One staff who?s younger than others is so miserable and not very sympathetic, not kind either who?s always moody and never smiles. Unprofessional behaviour makes you not want to come there again. Managers: please teach your younger female staff to speak nicely, the tone of her voice isn?t professional makes me feel uncomfortable! Her attitude needs help too. I?ve worked in customer service and that?s not how you should work and do teach staff to speak properly! She looks like she doesn?t like her job or even enjoy it and sees it as a chore!

If you should want to see how not to run a pharmacy, this is probably the role model establishment for you.There attention to detail is second to none, with the emphasis on the none part. An example is when asking if your prescription is ready, they retreat to the back, feverishly type away on the computer and then tell you they haven't received anything. When you advise them that is has been a week or so since it was sent over, they will then hit what I imagine to be the enter button on the search option to then magically find said order.Customer service is something to be practiced at other organisations too, as it clearly doesn't exist here. What they prefer to do instead is focus their efforts on scowling at customers who ask questions, like "when can I expect my prescription " after the customer has popped in for the forth time.Another favourite is to slag customers off after they leave the shop, if they dared to challenge the word of the dispensing agent, I know I have seen it a couple of times whilst waiting to be attended myself. Very professional outfit.The only redeeming part seems to be the actually pharmacists themselves, who try to be the ying to the yang of this place. They do actually try to help. Sadly though the majority of interactions are with the dispensing staff and as such that is what leaves a lasting impression. This is why I have chosen to use an online dispensary now as I simply havent got the time or energy to invest in dealing with the incompetence displayed by the majority of staff at this place.In short if you can, avoid this place like the plague.

Absolutely terrible service. Virtually everytime my husband or I have been to collect medication we've been spoken to like we're a piece of dirt. I've been made to pay for a prescription despite having a valid maternity exemption certificate.The last straw was listening to staff saying to tell people their prescription won't be ready if they come in on a Friday (regardless of whether it would be or not!) and a member of staff being told to tell people a few hours rather than half an hour. They are regularly closed at lunchtime despite their opening hours being a full day, making collecting medication around working full time very difficult, especially with their attitude about collecting prescriptions on a Saturday!! Avoid, avoid, avoid!!

It's impossible to contact the pharmacy by telephone. Is there no way to find out if a prescription your doctor sent is ready for collection with traveling to the location?

I decided to change my designated pharmacy to rowlands hadley 6months ago as it was nearer to home bad mistake, I've collected 3 times for my 2 monthly prescriptions and each time something was missing today is the last resort I'm going back to my original pharmacist inconvenience as it is I know it will be right.

Awfull service rude, caught lying to me saying they sent my prescription to head office and will return later as couldn?t be bothered , waited 3 days for emergency medication on the second and on the third occasion. Said I already collected when I didn?t , went back Later. And surprise it was there Moved to Lloyds direct never ever had such service so bad from a single pharmacy on a consistent basis

Rude staff, can't be bothered to serve you. They stand around chatting to each other not working it took 38 minutes for them to tell me they haven't got my strength of tablet, but yesterday they told me on the phone 'yes we've got quiet a few, that's why I had the script sent there....bloody hopeless if I could - star I would. If you don't want to serve or deal with the public, go get another job elsewhere

Best avoid. I've been in a few times, and every time they either give incorrect advice, can't find prescriptions that have been sent to them, or randomly decide to close. Plus general poor customer service, they clearly grudge having to be there!

Woman on the till was very rude and obnoxious to customers. People came in for emergency prescriptions and were told to go away and come back the next day. No People skills what so ever. Definitely in the wrong job or needs to remove the stick up her arse.

I visited on friday afternoon to have my flu jab ,thankyou to everyone working friday they had a constant queue max 2 people inside at anyone time so one out one in , it was easy to see all staff were very busy ,the staff were helpful ,polite and I felt extremely safe so once again thankyou so much .
