Went into the store recently the female manager with a bob had an attitude and was rude . She also ordered her staff around spoke down to them . Wont be shopping here again .

I am appalled by the service i received hereI was trying on a pair of trousers now they fit but i thought a bigger size would be better as theyd feel more free and comfortable?So i asked my friend to go and ask for an XL so she did and she came back and informed me that the lady working on the floor had said? we have none of them in the back we dont stock that big of size if you are that big you have you go to the mens section.?And she didnt say it in a nice way either feel like the workers are very entitled and rude.As well as this i can?t believe a company this worldwide dont stock any bigger than a large it is appalling in this day of ageCan tell when some companies are owned by skinny people?

My daughter, in her mid-thirties, said it was a young person's shop. We entered, therefore, not expecting much.Her observation was correct. Unimpressed by choice and by quality, to be honest.Quickly left, without a purchase.
