I feel for anyone who has to pick up a parcel from this store. The battle-axe behind the counter couldn't have made me feel less welcome. She is incredibly rude, heaven forbid I ask to collect my parcel whilst she's sat there scoffing her chips. I had never been in this shop before and first impressions count. I would not recommend that anyone shops here. The staff other than the young lady were very rude and made you feel like you were taking up their time? especially the faceless owner who, when we accidentally dropped a tub of cream, asked the employee to charge us then walked off and hid in the back like a spineless excuse of a man. The cream was 1.60 and we offered to clean it up ourselves, all we got were dirty looks and an excuse that all shops do it by the older woman behind the counter who did not make us feel welcome at all. It also appears that they sell products that are out of date. Please avoid this shop, they are a disgrace!

We payed for a drink and it had mold around it so he swaped it but the date said it was out of date today then we told the man and he said he doesn't care and we also feel really sick

Woman at the counter is rude and I often here her speaking badly about people as they leave and she constantly throws dirty looks at you unless you?re a middle aged man.
