Thank you Pineapple beds. Not once was it mentioned when I purchased my bed cost nearly £1000 that the OAP delivering would want me to climb on the van to help unload the bed. Then after tears I found a neighbour to help. To add insult to injury the wrong base was sent ( do you not check your orders when they arrive ? ) The headboard we choose without blingy buttons but it come with bling. The mattress slides when I get on the bed due to the wrapping. I am so upset by all this and trying to explain on the phone was useless due to poor signal you kept cutting off. There is no way I am willing to take the base downstairs when the replacement arrives so I suggest you send 2 men regardless of your kerbside drop only. Your delivery guy did say ? I sit at home and when Pineapple beds call me I deliver I am self employed not my problem. A women should NOT have been asked to climb in the van as he could not lift delivery off. Now I have to wait weeks for the right base to be sent. UPSET & DISSAPOINTED is an understatement.
