They deliver your meds to your door and if they owe you medication he has it by the afternoon. Cannot thank them enough for getting my medication so promptly. Pharmacy is small but very mighty.”

When I called I spoke to a lovely lady who said they had got the right one in, so I nominated them when I put my order in. “I have been using this Chemist for about 1 year. They are all very polite, friendly and helpful. They used to deliver my meds 3 times a week when I did not have a car. I have mental health problems and am on controlled drugs and they treat me with the utmost respect and with dignity. I would especially recommend this Chemist to anyone who is being treated for addictions! They are not judgemental and will look after you well. As for the prices of some of the over the counter medicines, they are a very small independent business and i doubt they can purchase these items anywhere near as cheaply as the big corporations. So I choose to pay a bit more and support an ethical, kind compassionate business. They also have the shop, which like people say the prices are no more than other small shops, and if you look carefully they have some bargains. Pataks curry past for£1.50ish when normally about £2.30 in a supermarket! Enough said!”

“I've recently swapped from a name branded pharmacy to this one. I've had to pick up 2 prescriptions and some medicine recommended by the hospital and the 3 visits in 3 weeks have all be excellent, very polite young lad serving on the till, the pharmacist came down and spoke to me about one and was polite and friendly. The prices of some shelf stock is cheaper than other places. I got the medicine I needed for £15 which was 17.99 and 18.99 in 2 name branded pharmacies. I would recommend going here, good speed of service too.”

We had a long conversation about flu and covid etc she wanted to take my blood presure and told me she monitors hers daily and suggested I obtain a machine her advice was sound and I have ordered one today in todays world customer service like this is very rare you should be proud of your staff at the counter as well as pharmacist.”

“The service here is always top notch. With the pressure being taken off GP's, and patients being redirected to pharmacies or 111, it is always so busy here. Having said that, nothing is too much trouble for the duty pharmacist. He is always so helpful and efficient, even though you can clearly see how short staffed they are. If only people had a little more patience when visiting, but that's nothing against the pharmacy itself. Keep up the good work and thank you for all the advice and support you provide!”

“I was referred to call this pharmacy by 111 to help me with my medication related query because I was unable for the past week to get through to my doctors surgery due to overwhelming demand on the phones and they were so supportive, they tried to contact the GP surgery themselves on my behalf (whilst I was also trying to get through myself) but alas it was to no avail but the fact that they tried to help and advised me on what to do next was much appreciated.”
