My fiancée, future sister-in-law, and I visited Pets at Home to purchase a complete Syrian hamster setup, and we had an amazing experience! We were assisted by Hannah, who was an absolute delight. She was incredibly informative and knowledgeable about Syrian hamsters and what we needed.
I really appreciated that the information Hannah provided focused on the animal's welfare. She spoke in depth about why each part of the setup was important, ensuring we understood the needs of our new pet.
Thanks to Hannah's excellent customer service and expertise, my future sister-in-law left with a complete setup and a beautiful Syrian hamster named Evangeline! I'm really impressed with the level of service and knowledge at Pets at Home!

Friendly staff and great for food, treats, medication and toys etc but often find the range hutches/enclosures demonstrated are not stocked and must be ordered online.
