Bit of a inconvenience to have no staff upstairs when looking for shoes as I?ve had to walk downstairs to find a member of staff to look for another size, didn?t bother looking at other shoes as I didn?t want to be walking up and down for staff support.

Paid a visit to New Look Telford on mon 27th ,Jan 2025.
I returned an item that did not fit.
There were, no staff on till, 2 members of staff mid store chatting to one another, one of who, asked another member of staff to come to till.
Even though she was busy, putting items back on racks.
Lady that came to till was most helpful, and returned item .
As I was exiting store, members of staff still carrying on conversation, oblivious to any customer needs.
No wonder stores are closing down.
When some staff members, don't know any customer service skills.

Absolutely disgraceful behaviour in New Look at Telford today from a Sales Assistant. I wanted to show my husband my outfit and stepped out of changing room for 10 seconds to show him (he was right by the entrance). In that time, the sales assistant had gone into the room and taken my clothes and phone away because she thought I was going to walk out the shop without paying for the shirt... I was literally still standing in the changing area when she took these away. Refused to apologise to me because it was 'my fault for leaving them unattended.' She was so rude and I literally left in tears because she made me feel so small. What an absolutely vile way to treat a customer spending money in your store. Will never go back again and will make sure everyone knows to be careful in case you steal their stuff.

Very young females store, not my style anymore.Couldn't see any apricot clothing when I went in, which is a shame as I always loved getting some of those clothes from them when they where in there old location in the centre.

When buying two items of clothing at the shrewsbury store the sales assistant mixed up the barcodes when correcting a wrong price. The lower priced item fitted and I kept it. The higher priced item didn't. I returned the higher priced item to the Telford store. The staff would only give me the price back on the lower item I was keeping and not the higher one I was returning. I found the sales assistant rolling her eyes when I was trying to explain very unprofessional. Will never be shopping in any Newlook store again and in my opinion some of the staff would benefit from more training.

Good selection of clothing and items available. Bit disappointed However at the lack of a men's section.This store has women's, kids, curvy and shoes but no Men's section available. Confused.

I have always liked New Look and this new shop is great The choice is amazing and they have things in really nice material I particularly like the cropped tshirts. Just the right length.
