Lovely Customer service by the charming Jasmine at Moss Bros Telford!
Had a great experience delivered purchasing a wedding suit. The tailoring process was made easy, the suit was of high quality, and the delivery process was slick, and on time.
This is after I had a dreadful experience at the Moss Bros in Birmingham City centre, where the staff were rude and didn't seem to care at all.
Well done Telford branch and Jasmine for restoring my faith of the brand! ?

Just been to get my 1st suit. The young girl that helped me Saturday was a breath of fresh air, absolutely nothing was to much trouble and always with a smile. I felt relaxed and ultimately well looked after. What a credit. And now that I feel a little more confident with a suit/sports jackets then Moss Telford will be my first call for my next purchase. And the tassel loafers that I got as well, for the money, I don't think you could do much better, I have seen similar at double/treble the cost. Thank you Moss Telford.

Very helpful sales assistant (in from Shrewsbury branch) but terrible sales practice. I double checked the price on a jacket that was labelled as £90 and she confirmed that was the price. After my son tried it on and tried on various matching trousers, we got to the till when she told me it was the wrong price and it was actually £139. I pointed out the Sales of Goods and Services act says that retailers must either sell an item at the advertised price or remove it from sale completely. She phoned her manager and said they couldn't sell it for the advertised price and would put it back on sale at the higher price. Feels rather deceitful for future shoppers, not to mention a frustrating waste of my time. I feel no incentive whatsoever to ever shop here again.

Jasmine looked after us when we were looking to hire a kilt for a graduation ceremony. She measured and made suggestions and had the loveliest manner which made the whole thing effortless. She explained everything so clearly, very much appreciated. Thank you, great customer service and quality outfit. Looking forward to picking it up

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have paid over £500 for a custom made suit. The suit has been made completely different to my original request and the store are refusing to correct this. The way I have been spoken to by members of Moss Bros staff not only in store but by the customer service team is shocking. I get married in less than 8 weeks and they are refusing to correct their mistake. Never shop at this store, it is abysmal.

Despite my appreciation for Moss Bros as a brand, my recent experience at the Telford store left me feeling intimidated. The return process, aimed at exchanging trousers purchased online, was lengthy and involved unwarranted inquiries about the size I ordered. When I sought to exchange for a larger size, I was informed it would cost more due to the exclusion of my online discount. Opting for a refund felt uncomfortable, as I was questioned twice if I was sure. I plan to continue online ordering with the discount, puzzled as to why this straightforward exchange couldn't have been accommodated more flexibly. Overall, a disappointing experience.

Do not use this scam of a company if you change your mind 30 minutes later said couldn't get a refund make sure you read terms and conditions absolutely awful customer service DO NOT THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY

Ordered online and paid 229 to hire top hat and tails to attend an event of a lifetime at Windsor Castle. Turned up the day before to collect. Told it wasn't on the system and I must have made a mistake when ordering. Assured them I had a confirmation email. Told I must not have paid. Showed them the email receipt. Told it mustn't have gone through. Had to show my bank statement. This went on for half an hour before I was simply told sorry we can't get get you a suit for 3 days. Left very stressed and panicked. Went to peter posh and within an hour walked away with a suit that was not only better but half the price and amazing service. Will never buy or hire from moss bros again. In fairness to the manager Kelly it was an online order and she did sort a prompt refund but horrific to be left the day before what was a very important event that had a very strict dress code with no attire.

Some of the best customer service I?ve ever received !, I was extremely impressed by a younger member of the staff, who was instrumental in helping me choose a solid tie to go with my suit for my interview, was very helpful and also very well spoken. I won?t name but he knows who he is, thank you!

I have a friends wedding in the coming weeks, been looking to get a waistcoat to match my suit. One member of staff was looking after a customer, another was folding, approached this member of staff for help, to be greeted ?what?s up? not in a friendly manner! what?s up, do you think that?s acceptable to greet a paying customer. Wasn?t very helpful at all. Will be not coming here again. This is the 2nd time I?ve had bad customer service from a Moss Bros store. Shame as I really like your suits.
